Lost All Your Car Keys? New Keys Made & Programmed in Englewood
Losing every key to your car is stressful — but it's fixable without the original in most cases. eForce Automotive Service offers lost car key replacement at our shop in the south Denver area: we cut a new key, program it to your car's immobilizer and erase the lost keys so they can no longer start the car. Whether you were searching for a lost car key locksmith or car key replacement without key, we handle all-keys-lost jobs for all makes, including German smart keys, for drivers across the south Denver metro.
What to do when you've lost all your keys (3 steps)
- Search once more, then stop spending time on it. Check pockets, bags, the last places you parked. If the keys might have been stolen along with something identifying the car, plan to have the old keys erased.
- Gather your documents. You'll need a valid photo ID and proof of ownership or authorization — registration, title or bill of sale.
- Call Viktor at 720-790-5857. Tell us the year, make and model, and we'll explain what your car needs and arrange for you to bring it to our shop.
How we make a key with no original
An all-keys-lost job is more involved than copying a spare, because there's no working key to read from. Here's how we do it:

- VIN and ID check — we verify your identity and ownership against the vehicle's VIN before we make any key.
- Key cutting — we cut a new blade to fit your car's doors and ignition, based on the vehicle's key information.
- Program to the immobilizer — we pair the new key's transponder chip or smart key with the car's immobilizer and, where needed, its modules, so the engine will start. Our module programming experience matters here, especially on cars that tie the key to several control modules.
- Erase lost keys — we remove the lost keys from the car's memory, so anyone who finds them can't use them to start your car.
Once the new key works, we strongly recommend adding a second key at the same time, so you're never in this situation again. See key fob & car key programming for spare keys and remotes.

What you need to bring
For your protection, we make keys only for the verified owner:
- Valid photo ID (driver's license or similar)
- Proof of ownership or authorization — registration, title or bill of sale
- The vehicle itself
If the car is registered to someone else (a family member or a business), call us first and we'll explain what's needed.

Cost of replacing lost car keys
All-keys-lost replacement typically costs $300–$1,000+, depending on the vehicle, key/fob cost, security system and required access. Any required OEM, security-system, code retrieval or third-party access fees are additional and are included in the final service cost. The lost car key cost depends on:
- Key type — a basic transponder key, a remote key fob or a smart / push-to-start key
- Make, model and year — some immobilizer systems need much more programming work than others
- All keys lost vs. spare — making a key with no original takes more work than duplicating one you already have
- Key/fob cost — the price of the key or fob itself
- Security access — some vehicles need security-code retrieval, OEM/security database access or additional authorization
- How many keys you want made at the same time
We check your car and give you an exact quote — you approve before we start.

Most makes incl. German smart keys
We make and program keys for most makes, and German cars are our specialty:
- BMW
- Mercedes-Benz
- Audi
- Volkswagen
- Porsche
German all-keys-lost jobs often involve programming the immobilizer data stored in the car's modules — work our OEM manufacturer-certified technicians do in-house.
Please note: we currently do not make or add keys for Mercedes-Benz vehicles with the FBS4 key system (roughly 2015 and newer). Some newer Toyota and Nissan models, especially around 2024 and newer, can only be accepted for all-keys-lost work after we check the specific VIN and key system — please call us with your VIN first.
Programming capabilities for newer European vehicles, particularly certain Audi, Mercedes-Benz and BMW platforms, may be more limited and must be verified for the specific vehicle and requested service — contact us with your VIN and we'll confirm support before scheduling an appointment.

All Keys Lost service can take anywhere from about 1 hour to 1–2 business days, depending on the vehicle, security system, and key availability. Proof of ownership and valid photo ID are required for All Keys Lost service.
Can you make a key for any car?
Most makes, yes. We currently do not make or add keys for Mercedes-Benz vehicles with the FBS4 key system (roughly 2015 and newer). For some newer Toyota and Nissan models, especially around 2024 and newer, we need to check the specific VIN and key system first — please call us with your VIN.
Do I need the original key?
No. We can make and program a new key without the original, after verifying your ID and ownership of the vehicle.
Is it cheaper than the dealer?
All-keys-lost jobs are typically $300–$1,000+, depending on the vehicle, key/fob cost, security system and required access. Many drivers choose us for the convenience: a local Denver-area shop, no dealer service-lane wait, and cutting plus programming in one place.
Will my old lost key still start the car?
Not after we're done. As part of the job we erase the lost keys from your car's memory, so they won't start the engine even if someone finds them.
